| Program Notes: | the 20th century pulls out of the station and disappears into the mist is my nostalgic farewell to what must have been the most beautiful yet terrifying century yet... i wrote it on the last day of the 20th century as a modest way of "closing the book" on the past. but only a few years later one senses that the book can never stay closed. |
