Program Notes:	I doubt this is over is scored for flute/piccolo, clarinet in B flat, violin, cello and piano, and was commissioned by, written for, and affectionately dedicated to Ion Sound Project - Peggy Yoo, Kathleen Costello, Laura Motchalov, Elisa Kohanski, Jack Kurutz and Rob Frankenberry. Cast as a continuous stream of music, one travels through three sections: Machiavelli's Canons (with their machines of war), shredding light and stubborn optimism. The form is larger on the inside than on the outside, where it seems to last about nine minutes. RZ
