| Program Notes: | the young person's guide to convergence was written for my dear friend, the cellist David Russell. Composed of densely woven lines and harmonies, after the first performance on October 5, 2019 I was left feeling that the music needed more space and finally revisioned the entire work in details large and small in 2020.
